Longitudinally Finned Tubes provide 8 to 12 times the heat transfer area of bare tubes. It offers smaller exchangers due to increased heat transfer area. The fins are 'Cut & Twist' to increase shellside fluid turbulence and improve heat transfer. Longitudinally finned tubes are used in low capacity boilers.
Loop Indicators are designed to meet FM standards for use in hazardous locations. This type of protection is defined as explosion-proof. Loop indicators are designed for use with any current loop sensor, which gives out a dc current in the range 0-20mA or 4-20mA. Loop Indicators are displayed if the current track is looped. Loop Indicators provide local or remote indication of a process variable and are typically scaled to display engineering units.
Loop Isolators are used to remove the DC circuit path from the audio shield ground circuit. Loop isolators are packaged in single and dual units in the slim rail-mount housing. Loop isolators eliminate the ground loops and are available as input or output powered instrumentation.
