Rocker switch is wired from the back or the side of the switch. Rocker Switches are broad and provide space for labeling or they may be made narrower. These switches are mounted so that the switch centerlines are no closer than 0.75 in (1.9 cm) when the switches are arranged side by side. These switches are obtained in different colors and color-coded for ease of differentiation. Rocker switches are designed to snap into position with an audible click. These switches are operated by pressing one side of a large rocker panel.
In rocket engine turbopumps, the engine produces 60,000 pounds of thrust and the turbopump utilizes two counter-rotating assemblies mounted in a single housing. Additionally, the counter rotating assemblies operate at different speeds to optimize pump performance. The main advantage of the turbo pumps is that it allows the optimization of the operating conditions by controlling the pump's rpm along with the lower volume and mass requirement as compared to the pressurization version.
