Plunger Type Metering Pumps are suitable for the accurate dosing and mixing of acids, alkalis, slurries, safe transfer of viscous liquids, pastes, ointments and all non-hazardous liquids. The valves are cartridge type and removed for servicing without dismantling the suction & discharge connections. The pump is of the plunger type and includes one plunger mounted to reciprocate in a pump cylinder & a rotary valve for controlling flow of liquid into and out of the cylinder under the effect of reciprocation of the plunger.
Foot operated valves provide instant water - leaving hands free and eliminates contamination from touching faucet and handles. It is designed to install on existing sinks without changing hardware. It also conserves water and has simple design. No electricity or batteries required. (Two pedal designs are available) The foot pedal operates a crank to pull a wire cable that operates a lever to open a normally closed push button valve. Depressing the foot pedal latches the valve into the open position where it remains until a release pedal is depressed. The release pedal occupies the portion of the face of the foot pedal and releases the latch to allow the foot pedal to return to its normally non-operational position. The foot pedal operated fluid controlling mechanism can be added to a wash basin cabinet with minimal changes.
