Roof exhausters help the aeration fans effectively control grain spoilage in storage bins with flat or pitched roofs. These fans produce the effective sweeping action needed to reduce condensation on top of the grain. For best operation, exhausters should run continuously while aeration fans are on, then long enough afterwards to assure removal of humid air from the overspace.

Roof Hatches are intended to provide safe & easy access to the roof and they include provisions for locking. Roof hatches are available with integral curbs, which includes flashing & counterflashing flanges, with or without insulation. Roof hatches are equipped with ladders and T-shaped doorways, which provides access into the rooms of the pueblo. These are designed to give effective insulation.
