Modular Low Profile Conveyors uses hot air under pressure which surrounds food with small jets of hat air. It has variable speed continuous cook platform. Oven has one self-contained heating system. It provides digital controls and 4-button digital microprocessor control panel is located at the back right of oven. It includes power on-off switch, temperature controls, and conveyor speed control. LED readout displays actual cavity temperature in degrees, conveyor belt speed, thermostat indicator light, and diagnostic messages for easy troubleshooting.

Modular Manifold Block provides additional outlets between unit ports. It is free of dirt and debris before applying silicone-based grease. It can be used between any two modular components giving two additional outlet ports. Pressure switches may be mounted in the manifold blocks using the piping adapters supplied in the pressure switch kits.
