Drum palletizers is used to lift drum with the ease of power-lift options and transport drum to and from pallets. A number of mechanically assisted techniques exist for palletizing both drums and drum-related containers. Small drum related containers may be palletized manually, but manual palletizing of heavy containers is very likely to result in injury. Mechanically assisted palletizing equipment is sometimes used for palletizing drums and drum related containers. Drum conveyors with forklift-actuated escapements are sometimes used to convey four drums onto a pallet on a forklift truck as the forklift truck backs away from the conveyor. Automatic drum palletizers are used for palletizing drums or stacks of smaller drum - related containers.
Drum Pan Disc Covers are used for adequate, consistent drainage, cake formation and washing to ensure a clean, evenly distributed, dry filter cake for subsequent discharge in alumina hydrate, phosphoric acid & titanium dioxide applications.
Drum Rollers are up to 15t weight and are usually smooth faced. They are cleated or ribbed for breaking down weak rock fragments. Vibration frequencies range from 8 to 85Hz. Low frequencies and high amplitudes are most satisfactory for thick fill layers and cohesive soils, while the opposite is true for thin lifts, granular materials and asphalt courses. Non vibratory drum rollers are mainly used for surface finishes. It allows for readily available compaction in such soils as gumbo, blow sand and other soils with very high proctors or water content.
Drum rotators are used to roll a closed drum to mix and blend the contents with the industrial drum mixers. It can agitate and blend drum contents without opening the drum. It eliminates the hazards and clean-up of messy transfer of contents.
