Drum Rollers are up to 15t weight and are usually smooth faced. They are cleated or ribbed for breaking down weak rock fragments. Vibration frequencies range from 8 to 85Hz. Low frequencies and high amplitudes are most satisfactory for thick fill layers and cohesive soils, while the opposite is true for thin lifts, granular materials and asphalt courses. Non vibratory drum rollers are mainly used for surface finishes. It allows for readily available compaction in such soils as gumbo, blow sand and other soils with very high proctors or water content.
Drum rotators are used to roll a closed drum to mix and blend the contents with the industrial drum mixers. It can agitate and blend drum contents without opening the drum. It eliminates the hazards and clean-up of messy transfer of contents.
Drum Spotters is designed to easily move a rimmed 55-gallon drum onto and off pallets up to 6″ high, and to move drums around. It is an ergonomic, simple-to-use, and economical way to transport drums. The unit can lift a full drum up to 800 pounds and a maximum pallet height of 6″. The handle length provides plenty of leverage to lift heavy drums. The base has a built-in counterweight for stability. Two 6″ polyolefin load wheels with roller bearings and two 4″ rear swivel casters make loading and steering easy.
Drum stirrers are used to process liquids directly in the drum. The drum stirrer is screwed directly onto the bung-hole and designed for the intended process of treatment or homogenizing in the drum. Drum stirrers are used whenever fluids need to be mixed directly in drums.
