Hot Rolled Plates are used for the production of construction steel for building industries. It can also used in structural steel, shipbuilding, pipeline and guardrails.
Hot Roller Coders utilizes disposable acrylic based 'hot' ink rollers for coding up to five lines of alphanumeric copy onto blister cards and sheet label stocks. These are used for printing lot numbers, expiration dates, pricing and security codes. It is designed to print dates and codes. It can be easily installed on all types of continuous motion packaging machines including flow pack units.
Hot runner molds have runners placed internally in the mold and are at a temperature above the melting pointing of the plastic. Hot runners have many advantages. These hot runners can completely remove the runner scrap so there are no runners to separate from the parts. Hot runners are ideal for production parts, especially for multi-cavity tools with moderate accuracy demands and small part size.
A hot runner system is a means to conduct the melt in a molten state, from where it leaves the molding machine to either the cavities or to a cold runner that in turn feeds the part. In order to keep the melt in the optimum condition, most hot runner system employ a balanced, heated manifold, and subsequent hot drops to supply molten plastic to the parts. The systems are also insensitive to the most types of fillers. The control and optimising units are matched to the process conditions and are compatible to the master systems.
