The multivariable transmitter providing an output representative of mass flow has a dual microprocessor structure. The first microprocessor compensates digitized process variables and the second microprocessor computes the mass flow as well as arbitrating communications between the transmitter and a master. In a second embodiment of the present invention, a first microprocessor compensates digitized process variables, a second microprocessor computes an installation specific physical parameter such as mass flow and a third microprocessor arbitrates real-time communications between the transmitter and a master.
Multi-analyte photometer is a portable microprocessor based photometer. It is offered with various features including pre-programmed to measure 30 analytes automatically. There is no need for sample preparation, mixing & chemical contact. The other features include readout in concentration, absorbance or percent transmittance, time & date tags and storage of up to 100 data points for download. It can also be used to measure any type of cuvette or vial, designed for photometric analysis, provided that they are either 13mm or 16mm in diameter, to show either absorbance or percent transmittance readings.
