Position Monitors are compatible with any proximity probe input and provide a 4-20 mA output proportional to the overall measurement. This monitor includes BNC connector mounted on the front of the unit provides access to the buffered transducer output signal and also includes both the unfiltered vibration signal and the DC bias voltage. Position monitors have two independent set points with LED alarm indicators and output relay contacts (alert and danger). This features DIN rail mount, proximity probe inputs, 4-20 mA output, fault detection, buffered transducer output, filter option and remote reset.

Position Sensors are ideal for measuring the speed and position of an object using contact or non-contact methods. It is used to pinpoint and displacement by means of reflected waves, whose source may be an LED, infrared, or laser source. It is usually integrally coupled with the emitter, detects the beam reflected off the surface or object and provides an output that varies with the distance.
