Hydro Wound Filter Cartridges are available with polypropylene or cotton materials wound in polypropylene, stainless steel and tined steel cores. These are individually shrink wrapped in a polypropylene tube. These are available in lengths from 10″-70″.
Hydro-Excavation is a process of allowing digging in any soil condition without damaging existing infrastructures. It is a safe, non-destructive digging technology for utilities and industrial facilities. Digging can take place close to trees with only minor peripheral damage to the roots. This is important for the environment and for safety, leaving the tree alive and unbroken. It is quicker and safer than hand digging, with much smaller hole size and hence smaller reinstatement costs. The use of hydro excavation technology includes drilling mud removal, street ironwork, pumping stations and industrial cleanup.
Hydro indexing valves are an alternative to individual solenoid valves. When water enters the valve, the pressure forces the disc down sealing all of the outlets. As the water is shut off, the valve drains and the spring inside the stem forces the stem and disc assembly upwards. The cam on top of the valve then rotates the stem and disc assembly to the next zone.
Hydro-pneumatic spring is a gas string with hydraulic force transmission. It comprises a plunger-cylinder assembly and a reservoir connected with the cylinder. It is provided with means for a substantially constant liquid supply and with a discharge throttling opening that varies with the position of the plunger in the cylinder. The plunger is supported in the cylinder by means of hydrostatic bearings which employ the supply and the discharge pressure of the liquid flow through the spring.
