Depth Sensors offer accurate depth measurements to 7000 m and have deployed for use in wave & tide gauges, tsunami detection, ocean current surveys, seabed subsidence, inverted echo sounders and towed arrays. This features anti-fouling pressure port and non-corrosive plastic housing. Depth sensors are designed to measure temperature compensated water level with an accuracy of 0.15% and 12-bit resolution. Depth sensors are used for monitoring the streamer profile. The depth sensors are connected to a logger and allow continuous information on water level changes over a short time period.

Depyrogenation Ovens are designed to reach maximum temperatures up to 280° C. It can be self-sufficient relay logic or PLC and integrated with process PLC. A unique mounting system for the HEPA filter reduces particulate concentrations. The system collects data for process validation, monitors operations relative to control limits, and communicates with external data processing equipment. These have stainless steel flashing and bioseal connection to the clean room. These are equipped with monitoring ports for testing fresh air, exhaust & recirculating HEPA filters and interlocked doors with dual contact seals.

Derusting Services are an ultrasonic/citric acid based derusting process. This process removes the rust from the part. No harsh acids and leave no powder residue on the parts. All services are performed with quick turnaround and utilizing environmentally friendly methods. These services are done with acid dipping, sand blasting, shot blasting and other destructive procedures for derusting. The solutions used include safe formulations for derusting parts with attachments such as rubber, plastic, wood and glass.

Desanding hydrocyclone is used for solids removal from produced water and oil or gas condensate streams. In produced water applications solids are typically removed to protect downstream equipment or to facilitate produced water re-injection. In crude oil or gas condensate applications they are mostly used to prevent build up of sand in separators and pipelines and to protect sensitive items such as export pumps and heat exchangers.

Descaling chemicals are used to remove existing scale and fouling of the heat exchangers/heating & cooling systems. These chemicals have minimum corrosive effect on metals and can be divided into several groups depending upon the need of different industries. It is suitable for removing oil and grease from newly installed equipments. It is ideal for low, medium & high pressure boilers, condensers, cooling systems and sugar industry equipments.
