Fiberglass or glass fibre is a material made from extremely fine fibers of glass. It is used as a reinforcing agent for many polymer products, the resulting composite material properly known as fiber-reinforced polymers (FRP) is called fiberglass and it is made as panels and they are used in translucent roofs, sidewalls, roofs, marine, electronic, commercial, medical structures and also in other areas where extra protection is needed. Another reason for using fiberglass panel plastic product is for extra protection from something that is in a high danger area. This type of material allows for dent resistance, has low thermal expansion, is corrosion resistant, has insulating properties, is lightweight as well as stiff, and has a high impact tolerance. This product is also fire resistant and can insulate thermal and electric areas.

Fiberglass pipe insulation is designed for installation over hot, cold, concealed and exposed piping systems with operation temperatures of up to 850°F (454°C). It is made from glass fibers bonded with thermosetting resin and seals with a factory applied acrylic closure system. These are molded of heavy density resin bonded inorganic glass fibers.
