Hammer Cushion Pads are strong to withstand the pounding and to transmit the driving force needed while protecting the equipment and the pile. The pad extends the life of the hammer while transmitting the maximum striking force to the pile.

A hammer drill is a rotary drill with a hammering action. The hammering action provides a short, rapid hammer thrust to pulverize relatively brittle material and provide quicker drilling with less effort. Lower power units are usually titled as hammer drills. It also called rotary hammer. It is well suited for drilling holes in masonry or stone. It is also used to drill holes in concrete footings to pin concrete wall forms and to drill holes in concrete floors to pin wall framing. It can either be a drill or it can be a replacement chuck that is installed on a power drill. When the drill is set to the hammer drill position it allows the chuck to move backward and forward over a short distance, allowing a spring to be compressed. When the spring is compressed, the chuck assembly is pushed as far back as it can go against a small eccentric flange.

Hammer mill is a type of a shredder. It is used to reduce the size of nonuniform bulk density waste into uniform bulk density of smaller size. A hammer mill consists of a central rotor or shaft with radial arms protruding from the rotor circumference, all mounted in a heavy-duty cylindrical housing. The hammers may be fixed or free swinging. A hammer mill is classified as horizontal or vertical, based on the orientation of its rotor. Waste is fed into the hammer mill through the top of housing. It is struck by the hammers. The hammers are moving with such speed that most of the size reduction is accomplished under the initial impact. Breaker bars are set along the inside of the housing to reduce the clearance between the hammers and the walls of the housing, by reducing the clearance. Waste gets pinched between the breaker bars and the hammers. This pinching action crushes and shears the waste into smaller particles. A reduction chute at the top of the housing provides a means for hard to shred items to escape.
