Vinyl doors are thermal insulators. These are durable material and is resistant to extreme weather conditions. It is also resistant to breakage and provide good protection against forced entry through the door.
Vinyl Ester linings are available in a variety of different formulations, offering outstanding corrosion and abrasion resistance. These are combined with the ability to withstand relatively high temperatures found in flue gas exhaust and other FGD environments. It can safely withstand temperatures upto 220º F in most suitable chemical environments. The thickness ranges from 70 to 150 mils.
Vinyl Ester Polymer Concrete is castable for the construction of chemical-resistant sumps, dikes, containment areas, trenches, walls and structural support columns or bases. It can be used as a monolithic topping to rehabilitate chemically deterio- rated concrete or protect new construction. It also provides superior chemical resistance. The maximum service temperature is 250° F.
