Oxygen Analyzers are designed for laboratory and industrial applications for sampling non-combustible gases. Oxygen analyzers are designed for monitoring and controlling combustion processes.
Oxygen Atmosphere Continuous Pusher Furnaces are available with a maximum continuous operating temperature of 1700°C (3100°F). These furnaces are available from lab-scale size to fully automated production systems. These are designed and constructed for reliable, long-term use. Typical configurations include preheat sections, cooling sections and various optional features
Oxygen Booster Systems have automatic controls. These are designed for numerous ground support O2 applications including filling industrial fire department tanks, scuba cylinders and airline onboard oxygen cylinders. It has air driven hydraulic pumps & test carts and air driven nitrogen boosters & packaged units.
Oxygen concentrators are molecular sieves that separate nitrogen from oxygen and can usually provide 90-95% oxygen at flows of 4-6 L/min. Humidity can be added to the system by the attachment of a bubble humidifier. These are quiet, produce little heat, and usually weigh no more that 40-60 lb. These also require very little maintenance and are equipped with alarms to warn if the oxygen concentration falls below a critical level.
Oxygen detector is a portable hand-held instrument. It is capable of indicating the percentage of oxygen in the ambient atmosphere. It has an oxygen detector having two electrodes enclosed in a probe and having a sensitive area on the probe tip. It produces a detector output current signal representative of the dissolved oxygen contacting sensitive area.
