The CNC dresser is completely new and designed with dual bearing slides with 0.000010 repeatability. Its sturdy design will give reliable service and superior accuracy with extremely smooth surface finish results. It is built into the system through hole coolant design. This feature applies the coolant precisely at the correct point of contact where the dressing tool contacts the grinding wheel, guaranteeing optimal diamond life, and additional reduction in tooling cost.
