Our service saddles provide a quick, dependable high pressure performance by the means of tapping pipe for branch connections of 1/2" broad & pressure activated gasket. The wrap around design, wide bodies & large sealed outlet areas, provide wide skirt & wide straps support. The heavy duty design of these saddles provides strength and mass for long term service. The IFT 402 double strap service saddle provides a simple, dependable means of tapping all types of pipe for branch connections 1/2" through 2-1/2". With its wide body, large sealed outlet area & heavy duty wrap around design, the IFT 402 is also an excellent way to repair holes, pin holes & leaking 3/4" and 1" direct taps. Our Linestop® sealing elements are available in a variety of materials to suit pipeline product and temperature. These are offered in various materials such as buna nitrile, EPDM, viton and poly urethane. Our cups come un-drilled unless hole pattern is provided at ordering. Pipe freeze plugging is a simple, cost-effective method to perform pipeline maintenance or pipe modifications without draining. Using liquid nitrogen, we can isolate the problem area in the line by freezing the product inside the pipeline to form one or more solid freeze plugs. This allows for very little drain-down or refill, and in many cases, no system downtime.
