Our plasma cutting machines are used to cut all electrically conductive metals like stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, aluminum, inconel and titanium. Metals like stainless steel & aluminum can not be cut by oxy - acetylene as the metal reacts with oxygen during cutting to form oxides whose melting point is higher than the temperature of the oxy-acetylene flame. Our plasma transferred arc system (PTA) is a high energy, inert gas welding process. Arc is basically used for arc plasma supply, powder transport and molten material shielding. It produces a quality deposit offering optimal protection with minimal dilution or deformation of the base material.
