Description: Pad Printing Machine Controller operates in two different modes, manual operate and shuttle operate mode. In manual operate mode, 8 different operations can be handled like single cycle single stroke, single cycle double stroke, continuous cycle single stroke and continuous cycle double stroke, doctor blade at rear. In shuttle operate mode we can get four different operations related to color print like single, double, three and four color print. In case the machine is idle for more than 3 minutes, it will perform auto doctoring in this mode. The machine is capable of providing 16 relay outputs and capable of taking 16 proxy inputs and one high frequency input. These dynamic features make the operation more reliable and easy. Other unique features in it are non-volatile memory for storing counts, pad stroke adjustment at plate, at object and speed count. It has also simple maintenance, low cost and proven design. It has excellent facility for setting time required by the operator.
