Cylinder Surfacers features surfacer technology in an economical package. These are available in floor or bench models and in two or four-spindle configurations. It requires no side or rear access for maintenance.

Data acquisition systems are used to measure parameters such as temperature and humidity in storage facilities with perishable products; the measurement data is then stored for analysis to improve quality assurance. DC-operated LVDTs are designed for a wide range of position measurement applications. These are rugged hermetically sealed sensors, constructed entirely of stainless steel, and intended for general industrial use. DC-operated LVDT signal conditioners receive DC current or DC voltage as input signals. They excite a transducer according to defined parameters for voltage and frequency. A variable gain differential amplifier receives the resulting signal, which is then coupled to a synchronous detector, multi-step filter, analog-to-digital converter, and micro-controller. The DC-operated LVDT constructions have wide applications. The DC LVDT is provided with onboard oscillator, carrier amplifier, and demodulator circuitry for internally. Because of the presence of internal circuitry, the temperature limits of a DC LVDT typically range from -25 to +70 degree C. The major advantages of DC devices are the ease of installation, the ability to operate from dry cell batteries in remote locations and low system cost.

Densitometer is a device that measures the degree of darkness of a photographic or semitransparent material or reflecting surface. It is basically a light source aimed at a photoelectric cell, which determines the density of the sample from differences in the readings. Modern densitometers have the same components, but also have electronic integrated circuitry for better reading. There are two types of densitometer, which includes transmission densitometer and reflection densitometer.

Dew point calibration system is a fully self-contained, calibration station capable of producing a flow of air (or nitrogen if you prefer) at a pre-specified range of dew-point temperatures from a minimum of -100 °C to a maximum of +20 °C. It comprises many components including air compressor, air dryer, generator, reference hygrometer, calibration manifold, and housing.
