Butt Splicer is an automatic rewinder without any mechanical connection to the printing press. It handles speeds up to 500 fpm (150 m/m) and web widths up to 14″ (350 mm). It offers a functional and economical means of butt splicing. Splicing tape applied to one or both sides of the web secures the splice. It has a unique advantage over competitive equipments because our splicers allow the splicing tape to be placed on the same side of the web.

Cam Follower Idler is in .50-inch diameter. It gives a new way to control linear motion and support the lighter loads that don't require the heavy-duty performance. They provide important performance features include no lubrication, no contamination, no needles, no noise and non-sparking performance. It can hold thrust loads. It also holds a .25-inch or smaller belt. The dynamic load capacity is 320 lb dynamic load and 120 lb static load.

A can filling system is used to reduce and eliminate the damages caused to the cans while filling. This is done by rendering full can sprockets on a filler wheel having upper and lower arm portions which maintain the constant vertical orientation of the can during the filling process.
