Poppet valve is a valve, consisting of a hole and a tapered plug, usually a disk shape on the end of a shaft, which is called a valve stem. Poppet valves are robust and resilient construction for use in industrial directional control valves. Poppet valves are characterized by having a movable element that is used to direct the flow of a fluid or a gas through the valve body. Poppet valve applications include car wash equipment, laundry equipment, industrial liquid or air controls, water/waste water treatment and air compressors & controls. Poppet valves are used in piston engines to open and close the intake & exhaust ports in the cylinder head.

Gear motor is a unit which creates mechanical energy from electrical energy and which transmits mechanical energy through the gearbox at a reduced speed. Gear motor consists basically of housing with inlet and outlet ports and a rotating group made up of two gears. An AC power gear motor consists of a series of three windings in the stator section with a simple rotating section and an integral gearbox or gear head. The changing field caused by 50 or 60 Hertz AC line voltage causes the rotor to rotate about the axis of the motor. AC motors are the most common and simple type of motor manufactured. A DC power gear motor consists of a rotor, a permanent magnetic field stator and an integral gearbox or gear head. The magnetic field is maintained using either permanent magnets or electromagnetic windings. DC motors are most commonly used in variable speed and torque applications.

Rotary actuators utilize a pressurized, incompressible fluid to rotate mechanical components. It uses two types of rotational elements: circular shafts and tables. Typically, circular shafts contain a keyway while tables contain a bolt pattern for mounting other components. Single-shaft devices provide an output on only one side of the actuator. Double-shaft devices provide outputs on both sides of the actuator.

The shuttle valve is an automatic type of control valve with three way two position characteristics. It gives an outlet from either one or two pressurised inlets. The high pressure inlet moves the shuttle to a position where it blocks the other inlet.

Muffler is a device for reducing the amount of noise emitted by a machine such as an internal combustion engine or a gun. Bumpers are positioned between heads and the piston, increasing the cylinder length by 1/2″ (12.7mm) for each bumper installed. Spring is installed in cylinder to retract or extend the rod.

Spool valve has a pressure inlet port, a work port and a tank port. It is responsible for communicating the pressure inlet port to the work port and the work port to the tank port. Spool valve consists of two body segments and a balanced spool shaft. The spool valve is based on a balanced spool design to create a fast 'ON/OFF' fluid dispensing function that is not affected by material input pressure. The valve is designed to be opened by air pressure and closed by a return spring (single acting).
