Blower Fluids are specially formulated, synthetic fluids for all types of rotary lobe blowers. These fluids protect bearings from wear and possess excellent thermal & oxidation stability. Fluids are used in vane & piston pumps and provide a vacuum seal between the moving surfaces & lubricate the bearings and sliding surfaces.
Blower purge heat reactivated dryer is unsurpassed. As this dryer is used to atmospheric air, which is heated and blown into the desiccant tower that is being regenerated, there is no fluctuation in air flow. The reactivation is not dependent on system pressure or flow; the dryer will maintain specified dew points from zero to 100% design capacity.
Blower purge regenerative dryer is a regenerative blower, which moves atmospheric air into the circulation heater where it is heated and directed to the left desiccant bed for regeneration. The hot absorbent purge air enters the desiccant bed from the top and flows down heating the desiccant bed and collecting moisture from the desiccant. The now moisture laden purge air exits the system through the purge valve and muffler.
