Circular Bead Dispenser System is mainly used for bead generation for circular or cylindrical parts. A typical unit consists of a yoke on which a dispense valve, syringe or other device can be mounted. Additionally, a spinning nest is provided which is machined specifically to hold the users part. A control console provides all necessary logic functions. The unit can be used with single component materials and can also be easily integrated with meter/mix and dispense systems for use with plural component reactive resins. Numerous feed options and dispense valves are available to provide turnkey systems. These dispense system uses a solid state timer to control the rotational duration, for more critical rotational repeatability, stepper motor will be used. This option is well suited to applications where there is a need to take incremental shots through portions of an arc, to dispense a continuous bead through a partial arc or to come to the same position on each part after a full dispense cycle.
Circular Chart Recorders records data in a circular format. The paper is spun beneath one or more pens. The pens are deflected in proportion to the varying signal resulting in a circular chart. Circular chart recorders are ideal for batch processes where a set process time is known. The charts are normally designed to rotate in standard time periods such as 1 hour, 24 hours & 7 days although many recorders are flexible enough to accommodate non-standard time periods.
