Molten zinc plating comprises a container, magnetic current and eddy current. Its container is used for storing molten zinc as molten metal. The magnetic field is used for generating a horizontal magnetic field in a lower part of the molten zinc. Eddy currents are induced in the molten zinc. Molten zinc plating includes a pressure chamber connected to slit at the bottom of the container.
Moly Grease is versatile grease designed for low & high temperature and multi-purpose applications. Moly grease is semi-fluid grease that contains rust & oxidation inhibitors and molybdenum disulphide, which serves to protect critical machine parts from shock loading & wear.
Moly/Graphite grease is multi-functional, high temperature grease. It combines lithium complex soap thickener technology with molybdenum disulfide and graphite to provide extended extreme pressure and high temperature performance. In very high temperature applications, the oil and soap components of the grease will burn off, leaving the molybdenum disulfide and graphite as a dry lubricant for the bearing. The grease serves essentially as a carrier for the moly and graphite. It is suitable for all types of bearing and sliding, shock, high loading and pounding applications.
Molybdenum disulfide coating is a dry-film lubricant coating that can be deposited through numerous methods: RPI utilizes the DCD process. It is typically used for tribiological applications. It is also very useful when applied on top of PVD, CVD and TD coatings: the lower coefficient of friction supplied by the MoS2 can dramatically improve tooling performance.
