Digital tension controller operates as a tension controller. It has a preset counter. The tension output can be preset to the counter's value and the outputs voltage in proportion to the counting value so that it maintains continuous tension control between the empty bobbin tension and full bobbin tension.
Digital thickness caliper have a sprung jaw action to provide the correct measuring force. It has metric and imperial reading via the mm/inch button. The display can be set to zero in any position. They are constructed of hardened stainless steel. There is thumb pad on the end of the slide beam. The sprung mechanism is mounted flush into the underside of the slide beam.
Digital Thickness Gauges are used, implemented with integrated circuits and battery operated. These portable instruments work with direct probes, which have some advantages such as a small dead zone, more convenient application to curved surfaces and a simpler indication of point corrosion. These transistorized units are able to measure the thickness of materials as thin as 0.010 in. with an accuracy of ± 0.0001 in.
