Atmospheric nozzles are open type burners designed for high capacities with good flame retention characteristics. It is specially designed to handle rich gas-air mixtures in high drafts using relatively low mixture pressures as normally developed by gas injectors. These are made in four pipe sizes such as 1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″.

Atmospheric torch burners are made up in three types such as low-pressure, medium-pressure, and high-pressure. The main differences in construction and operation are based on gas pressure requirements and primary air-gas ratios. Low-pressure burners are made up of lever-handled gas cocks, burner nozzles, mounting cages, pilots, and blocks in cast iron holders. These are designed for low-pressure gas at normal pressures.

Balanced ratio regulators are designed to provide accurate air/fuel ratio control of cross-connected combustion systems. The delivery pressure of these regulators match that of the cross-connected signal being applied to the upper diaphragm chamber, as long as the minimum differential is maintained. It features large main diaphragms, a balancing diaphragm, and soft rubber seat to insure good control at low turndown ratios.

Balanced zero regulator is a precise gas flow control regulator for all combustion systems. It features a rugged, large diaphragm actuated valve assembly, sensitively balanced at near zero pressure. Gas flow is initiated by a very small pressure differential across the main diaphragm. Gas supply is precisely modulated on system demand by negative or positive signals from suction mixers or controlled pressure from an external source. This regulator delivers gas at a precise pressure, even with slight inlet pressure variations. The regulator design assures highest accuracy over full flow range: with no friction between sensitively counterbalanced parts. It assures dependable, precise gas flow control on all types of combustion systems including proportioning premixers, nozzle mixers and mixing tees at positive or negative combustion chamber pressures.

Blast Tips are suited for heating applications where an intense focusless flame is desirable. Blast tips are used for heating work on continuous soft silver soldering machines as well as batch type soldering set-ups. Blast tips are built to burn without the use of any refractory tunnel and are either self-piloting or built to prevent the flame from blowing away under normal conditions of operation. They are used in groups to heat a wide area such as the bottom of a kettle or mounted down a length of pipe as in a core oven.

Brewery plants are referred to beer making machine. It is used to produce beer. All styles of beer can be produced, which ranges from ales to lagers. Each brew operation is performed in a separate vessel. The machine contains parts such as, pressure gauges, sampling valves, level-gauge, thermo-wells and fermenter. Fermenters, serving tanks and bright beer tanks may have manway doors either on the top or on the side of the tank. Pressure gauges are attached to a diaphragm shell, which passes the pressure to the gauge's bi-metal sensor. The diaphragm is laser-welded to the fitting to avoid direct contact with the gauge. A 6″ clamped stainless steel thermo well is used to avoid direct contact of a thermometer or sensor with the beer. This brewery plant made up to 25.000 hl of beer per year.

Burner Blocks & Holders are designed to secure the best possible combustion results with the various nozzles used with them. Block holders are cast iron boxes into which the blocks are cemented. The holders are faced smooth and drilled with bolt holes to accommodate various burner cages.

Burner Control uses a thermocouple to supply up to 30 mV of power to the safety shutoff pilot solenoid in the gas valve. Burner control systems of various types are applied to all boilers to assist the operator in the starting & stopping of burners and fuel equipment & prevent hazardous furnace conditions. The burner function is to prevent explosions in the furnace and in equipment such as pulverizers, where such explosions would threaten the safety of personnel and cause major damage to the boiler and associated equipment & buildings. The various types of burner controls are manual control, remote manual sequence control and automatic sequence control.

Burner Mounting Cages are designed to simplify attaching burners to furnace walls, air heaters, kilns, boilers or other combustion chambers. They include pilot and flame monitoring ports as well as an adjustable secondary air shutter. These cages are designed to be bolted directly to the refractory burner block that is supplied with the torch burners. The burner cages have threaded connections for the pilot burner and flame detection unit mounting.

It is the contracting of a specific business task, such as payroll, to a third-party service provider. It is implemented as a cost-saving measure for tasks that a company requires but does not depend upon to maintain its position in the marketplace. BPO is often divided into two categories: back office outsourcing, which includes internal business functions such as billing or purchasing, and front office outsourcing, which includes customer-related services such as marketing or tech support.
