Chlorine residual analyser measures the residual chlorine indirectly. There are three methods for residual chlorine analysis, which includes calorimetre, amperometre and polarograph. The most common method of analysis is the amperometric method. It is the method used by most regulatory agencies to monitor chlorine residuals.

Chlorine scrubber is a device for removing contaminants from a gas stream by passing the stream up through a liquid spray or liquid flow. The contaminant, in this case chlorine, is removed from the gas as it is dissolved into the liquid. The chlorine scrubbing system, or scrubber, represents existing technology for controlling accidental or routine releases of chlorine gas. A scrubber is basically a process equipment unit that collects chlorine vapor and mixes it with alkaline solution (caustic) to remove the chlorine. The main reaction product is hypochlorite. The most common chemical used for scrubbing is sodium hydroxide (caustic soda), although others such as sodium carbonate and calcium hydroxide may be used. Scrubbers are often associated with neutralizing accidental releases, but they are also used for neutralizing routine process releases. Proper sizing and design of the scrubbers are important. Significant heat is generated by the caustic-chlorine reaction, so materials must be chosen for heat and chemical resistance as well as for strength. Scrubber's designs include venturi systems, horizontal sprayers & packed media and usually recirculation caustic solutions.

Chlorine Test Kits are used for testing the chlorine removal ability of carbon filters by sampling the wastewater stream. Chlorine test kits are used to assess the wash and rinse levels of finished products. The kit contains an ECON comparator, test cells and comparator disk for chlorine 0-3.5 ppm. Chlorine test kits measures either free chlorine or total chlorine in water.

Chlorine unloading equipment is suitable for use in liquid and gas applications and was developed to safely evacuate chlorine or sulfur dioxide cylinders, tankers, rail cars, and piping systems. The unit is based on a unique manufacturing concept, and is custom sized for each application. Sodium hydroxide is typically used for the motive liquid. The system includes chlorine transfer hoses, chlorine pressure gauges, automatic and manual ball or plug valves.

Choke Consoles are available as single or dual choke control units and with standard pressure gauges or state-of-the-art digital gauges. The single choke control console is precision built to provide accurate pressure control, yet is built to withstand the harshest conditions. It operates either hydraulically or manually and is self-contained and skid-mounted for easy installation on or near the rig. A key feature of the console is the large easy-to-read gauges which monitor critical drill pipe and casing-pressure. A choke position indicator shows relative plate opening from full open to full close. Dual Choke Control Console provides a separate valve to regulate chokes from independent hydraulic systems during special applications. An operator has full command of both chokes without switching controls.
