Homogenizer Gauges are used on homogenizer machines in milk-dairy plan and ice-cream industries. These gauges have special diaphragm seal and glycerin filling option where heavy vibration & pulsation exists. The feature includes 4″(100mm) dial size, ranges from 0-140kg/cm2, 0-210kg/cm2 & 0-280kg/cm2 and accuracy of ±1.5% F.S.D.

A honeycomb composite panel comprises a layer of bonded sheets of paper, board, or aluminum that are glued together by alternating thin parallel strips of adhesive. The bonded sheets are extended to introduce open spaces between the bonded areas of the paper or board. The entire honeycomb core is then dipped into a resin material and allowed to dry. Once the resin has cured, the material is sliced into specified thickness. Thermoplastic honeycomb composite core materials are usually made through an extrusion process and then sliced to the desire thickness.
