Tri-Phase Rotary Separator Turbine is an oil-water-gas separator which is mainly used in oil & gas production. The separation takes place in a rotating drum that generates more than 5000 g, so the unit is unaffected by platform motion or water cut. The powerful centrifugal force field that is generated breaks down foam to reduce chemical consumption. The unit exceeds the separation efficiency of a conventional vessel-based separator and operates reliably over a wide range of flows and transient conditions. It is very effective against foaming fluids and the high centrifugal forces allow the unit to dehydrate crude oil and operate at any water cut.
