Decking screws drive easier, more efficiently, and start faster in even the toughest of composite materials. These screws are engineered specifically for use with any variety of composite decking or railing. It drives clean and quick while eliminating the mushrooming and blemishes that can occur in composite materials. Its unique threadform and cutting tip with double countersunk head makes installation easy with both power and hand tools using a standard cross recessed bit.

Decoiling operation is capable of producing sheet from coil, whether it is aluminum, stainless steel, or galvanized steel. Input coils can be 1500 wide, with a material thickness as follows 12 mm mild steel, 12 mm aluminum, and 6 mm stainless steel. This is the actions of unwinding a parent coil, making it flat and cutting it in to sheets. These sheets can be varied in length to suit the customer requirements. After decoiling, material can be polished, or PVC coated. All sheets cut from coil are supplied to our clients on wooden crates, with protective packaging, so as to ensure that material is not damaged in transit. Quality control procedures are in place to ensure that material is inspected prior and during processing.
