Dual Containment Closed Top Tanks have dual wall to protect it from the dust & moisture of external environment. These tanks are mainly used for storing highly reactive chemicals and hazardous liquid, hence these tanks have water tight design and also it contains a primary and a secondary storage unit inside the tank. Each closed-top tank is available with a round containment basin that is specifically designed for the tank to contain an additional 15% more volume than the base storage tank. Several construction methods for dual containment tank construction have been developed to address the criteria for containment vessel surge volume and instrumentation requirements. These vessels are fitted with the required leak detection systems. These vessels are corrosion resistant inside and out, resisting chemical attack either from direct inside contact or from spills or fumes on the outside.

Dual Containment Fittings provide an extra level of safety in critical applications, transforming standard flare grip fittings to PFA over PFA dual containment. This ensures true dual containment throughout the chemical delivery system. The Dual Containment Fitting can mate up with chemical delivery systems, wet tools, valve boxes, individual components and drain lines. There are different types of dual containment fittings and they are available in three designs flare fittings, flare fitting rear deal bulkhead and flare fitting front seal bulkhead. The front seal version provides complete dual containment to the face of the bulkhead without requiring access to process tool internal components. The rear seal version is used primarily in applications requiring sealing on the internal surface of the containment area such as a process tool cabinet. It can also be used as a pass through device which will terminate the outer containment on the face of bulkhead while allowing the primary process line to pass through a bulkhead uninterrupted.

Dual converters consist of two converters or bridges. One bridge acts as a rectifier and other acts as inverter. Single-phase full converters allow only two-quadrant operations. In full-controlled converter the output voltage is reversible so the converters operate in first and fourth quadrant. The direction of load current remains same. If two full-controlled converters are connected back-to-back then a four-quadrant operation are possible and such type of converters are called dual converters. It is used in high power variable speed drives. Dual converter is operated with either circulating current or without circulating current. When both the converters conduct at the same time, there would be circulating current and the level of circulating current is restricted by provision of an inductor. It is possible to operate only one converter at any instant, but switching from one converter to the other is carried out after a small delay.

Dual cylinder roller gate is specifically designed to handle dry material in gravity flow and low pressure applications, where positive material shut-off and a dust tight seal are required. This gate is used to eliminate the frequent need for valve maintenance, production inefficiencies, and unsanitary plant environments.
