Inclined plate clarifier is intended to separate solids from water. It offers a large settling surface area in a very small footprint. The separation of solids is independent of clarifier depth and is most strongly related to the available surface area. It uses a series of closely spaced inclined plates to provide the required settling surface area. The driving force for this separation is gravity operating on the entrained solids. Its advantages include non-clogging inlet diffusion baffle that distributes flow evenly over width of separator, access hatches allow access to sludge chamber and auger without removing plates.
Inclined Vibrating Screens are used in bulk materials processing applications. Every screen is the unique v-line vibrator, designed for long life and low maintenance. A choice of oil splash or grease lubrication to suit specific operational requirements ensures maximum bearing life. Inclined screens use a single or double pair of vibrators mounted through the centre of gravity of the machine to impart a circular motion. A modified circular motion can be achieved when the vibrators are mounted on top of the screen.
