Gas-jet solids eductors use compressed air or other pressurized gas as the motive fluid, and operate on the venturi principle to pump and convey free-flowing granular solids and powders. Pressurized gas/vapor is discharged through the eductor nozzle, emerging at a relatively high velocity, creating a zone of lower pressure contained within the suction chamber of the eductor. The suction solids are fed to this lower pressure zone, where a transfer of momentum from the motive fluid to the suction material occurs, causing the suction material to be accelerated and pumped. It is designed for the optimal combination of obtainable suction solids flow rate versus eductor discharge pressure. Standard materials of construction are PVC, CPVC, bronze/brass, cast iron/steel, all carbon steel, and stainless steel.

Gas-jet steam siphons use steam as the motive fluid, and operate on the venturi principle to pump liquids or slurries. Steam is discharged through the siphon nozzle, emerging at a relatively high velocity, creating a zone of lower pressure contained within the suction chamber of the siphon. The secondary or suction fluid is drawn to this lower pressure zone, where the momentum of the motive steam is transferred to the suction liquid, causing the suction liquid to be pumped. It can also be used with compressed non-condensable gases, as the motive fluid to pump relatively very small volumes of liquids or slurries.

Gas Lens replaces the collet body that comes standard on a GTAW torch. It helps hold the tungsten in place and creates the electrical contact necessary for proper current transfer. It also improves shielding gas coverage and joint accessibility. This is made of a copper and brass body with layered mesh screens of steel and stainless steel.

Gas Lift Mandrels are tubing retrievable wherein it is deployed and retrieved attached to the production tubing. Gas lift mandrels are manufactured with heavy-duty lug welded to the outside surface so as to protect the valve & check valve during running in and pulling out operation. Gas lift mandrels are tubing retrievable equipment with receptacles for wireline gas lift valves.

Gas lift valve is used in a gas-lift system to control the flow of lift gas into the production tubing conduit. The gas-lift valve is located in the gas-lift mandrel, which also provides communication with the lift gas supply in the tubing annulus. Operation of the gas lift valve is determined by preset opening and closing pressures in the tubing or annulus, depending on the specific application.
