Pressure feed containers/tanks are used to allow the coating material to be prepared, thinned and conditioned, constantly agitated (if required) and then supplied in bulk to consistently maintain the correct spraying viscosity and pressure. The paint under pressure is supplied to the gun by a displacement pump operated by air pressure. These containers are the most efficient for large applications and are particularly effective for applying mastic or coating containing large or abrasive pigments.
Pressure Forming is a process used to form plastics into predetermined shapes. With pressure forming, a hot plastic sheet is forced against a mold. Usually, this mold is a female mold, which means it is concave. Compressed air is then added to the back of the heated sheet in order to form the plastic with the mold.
