IFP hazmat foams are non-toxic synthetic foam concentrate made of tensides, stabilizers, biopolymers and solvents. It can be used in all types of medium and high expansion foam generating equipments and also in compressed-air foam system. It cools and helps to suppress toxic vapour. It is suitable for use with fresh as well as brackish/salt water of varying proportion without altering the efficiency.
Ignition electrodes are used for the ignition of gaseous fuel in gas combustion equipment, which works on the principle of ignition by high-voltage flashover. The central electrode must not be permanently positioned in the flame. These electrodes are usually positioned together in the combustion chamber of the gas combustion equipment. It can be used as ionisation probes and vice versa. The central electrode is made of a special fireproof material, which is resistant to high temperatures and electrochemical corrosion.
Ignition module is also known as the switching unit. It is used to regulate the current and dwell angle for transistor ignition systems using a hall sensor or inductive sensor. It provides for reliable spark distribution in ignition systems with rotary high voltage distribution. It used for switching power to the coil, usually in response to signals generated by a mechanical distributor. It can also be driven by an electronic ignition advance/retard unit or engine management electronic control unit.
