The nut splitter is operated using either hand pump or air driven pump unit. The nut splitter consists of a head, wedge, setscrew, return spring, piston, key, piston seal, cylinder and coupling.

Nut Splitting removes seized and corroded nuts. It can be removed quickly and safely by using grinding, sawing and flame cutting. It can be removed without any damage to the studs.

Nutshell filters are used for capturing and retaining large amounts of oil. It utilizes crushed nutshells from pecans and/or walnuts as the filtering media. The nutshell media provides a large adsorption allowing easy adhesion of oil to the nutshell's surface. The media also exhibits good solids retaining capacity and the presence of oil acts to increase the solids removal efficiency. The multi-grade media offers oil coalescing and holding capacities, giving long run times and reduced volumes of backwash water.
