Cartridge Pilot-operated Check Valve is used for hydraulic oil and has an adjustable set pressure range of 5000-6000 psig. Its flow rate is approximately 1.2 gpm at 7000 psig. It allows high-torque tightening during installation, reducing need for locking mechanisms or lock wires. Internal pilots at port 1 or 2 allow flow to tank to remove oil from low-pressure side for cooling or filtration.
Cartridge seals are reassembled and factory tested units comprising of the seal, sleeve and gland plate. As the mechanical seal is reassembled to its correct length in a clean and dust free environment, installation errors at site are minimized.
Cartridge single seal is ideal for low-pressure barrier fluid applications. A modular cartridge seal designed to bridge the gap between single and double seals. Its features include hydraulically balanced seal faces, non-clogging internal rotary and cartridge design with secondary external seal with 10 psig (0.6 barg) pressure limit.
Cartridge-Operated Fire Extinguisher has two detectors that are activated by two separate types of emissions. Both of these detectors must be simultaneously activated in order for the fire extinguisher. The fire extinguisher is also capable of shutting off electrical equipment such as stoves. It is operated by the force of a cartridge such as that used in a nail gun.
