Air Expanding Core Chucks are available in 3″, 4″, 5″, 6″, 8″, 10″, and 12″ chuck diameters. These are available with core stops, split clamps and a connector kit to string multiple adapters together.

Air Expanding Shafts consists of three basic parts metal body cast in tough, durable, steel or aluminum alloy. Its features are grips cores securely without core or roll damage, automatic rotary union air supply and gripping capability. It is used for unwinding or rewind positions. The forcing of air between a web and roller or between layers of a winding roll on nonporous webs run at higher speeds.
