Infrared Thermometers detects the infrared energy emitted by all materials at temperatures above absolute zero. It converts the energy factor into a temperature reading. It consists of a lens to focus the infrared (IR) energy on to a detector, which converts the energy to an electrical signal that is displayed in units of temperature after being compensated for ambient temperature variation. Infrared thermometers measure temperature using blackbody radiation emitted from objects.
Ingot handling system is divided into eight individually controlled heating zones and will be equipped with handling systems. This system is for upending objects onto a pallet or other platform. Such systems include paper roll handling systems and aluminum ingot handling systems.
