Pillow Block Bearings are reassembled units ready to slip on to the shaft. Their internal element is a ball, roller or tapered bearings that have an extended inner race, which mounts on the shaft. The bore of the inner race is usually one or two thousandths of an inch (0.001-0.002″) larger than the shaft on which it will be placed. The block is locked in place on the shaft with the aid of setscrews, locking collar or set collars. Their locking collars usually contain a split or segmented tapered end on the extended inner race and a lock ring clamps the inner race to the shaft as it is tightened.

Pillow tanks are collapsible, flexible storage tanks that provide temporary as well as long term liquid storage. These are useful for oil spill recovery operations, bulk liquid transport, storage of bilge slops, potable water, chemicals, or fuel storage. These tanks are designed for land based operations. It can also be used on the decks of vessels. Smaller collapsible sizes are square shaped; larger tanks are rectangular.

Needle valve is a type of valve having a small orifice and a threaded, needle-like plunger. It allows precise regulation of flow although it is generally used for and is capable of only relatively small flow rates. The pilot actuator is a mechanical device for moving or controlling a needle valve system. A pilot actuated needle valve has a relatively small orifice with a long, tapered, conical seat. A needle-shaped plunger on the end of a screw exactly fits this seat. As the screw is turned and the plunger retracted, flow between the seat and the plunger is possible however, until the plunger is completely retracted the fluid flow is significantly impeded. Therefore and since it takes many turns of the fine-threaded screw to retract the plunger, precise regulation of the flow rate is possible. The pilot actuator is a mechanical device for moving or controlling a needle valve system. Needle valves are usually used in flow metering applications, especially when a constant, calibrated, low flow rate must be maintained for some time, such as the idle fuel flow in a carburetor. Since flow rates are low and many turns of the valve stem are required to completely open or close, needle valves are not used for simple shutoff applications.

Pilot Bearing Pullers is designed to pull flywheel pilot bearings in close quarters where a slide hammer cannot be used. It operates on many models with engine in chassis. It is built specially for inside pulling jobs. It is used for removing flywheel pilot bearings on automobiles, trucks and tractors. It is also very practical for pulling motor, generator and magneto bearings. It includes 1/2″ to 1 1/4″ ID Capacity jaws. It is used to pull out tough bearings. It provides short length and allows reach into tighter areas. It also works on automobiles, trucks, and tractors.
