Scanning kelvin probe systems are non-contact, non-destructive instrument. It is designed to measure the surface work function difference between conducting, coated, or semi-conducting materials and a metallic probe. It operates using a vibrating capacitance probe, and through a swept backing potential, the work function difference is measured between the scanning probe reference tip and sample surface. The work function can be directly correlated to the surface condition. It has ability to make measurements in a humid or gaseous environment.

Scratch Testers are used to assess the coating adhesion on many different types of substrates such as metal alloys, semiconductors, glass, and refractive materials. It is used to test the relative homogeneity of materials, the adhesive qualities of protective coatings and the effects of age on similar materials. It uses a small diamond stylus to test the adhesion of coatings. The diamond with a radius of 200µm is scratched across the coated surface of a substrate at a constant velocity whilst a load is applied with a constant loading rate. It causes stresses to increase at the interface between the coating and the substrate that result in delamination or chipping of the coating to occur. A variety of materials can be tested including coatings, metals, ceramics, composites, polymers, and other material surfaces. It can be easily interchanged to perform a wide variety of scratch tests. Self-filling ampoules contain pre-measured chemical reagents within a vacuum. By snapping the ampoule's tip, the sample fills the ampoule automatically. A color forms almost instantaneously. Shock tests are used to accurately measure the fragility of products and to evaluate protective packaging.  Shock test data is key information necessary to ensure that any product is capable of with standing its 'real world' environment. Packages and products must be evaluated for their ability to withstand hazards of transportation.  Shock occurs to a package or product when there is a change in velocity.  When the package is dropped, the velocity immediately changes, therefore inducing shock. During shock testing, accelerometers are placed on the critical components of the package or product.  The test specimen is then dropped from a pre-determined height according to the ASTM standard D3332.  Drop shock testing assesses how well the package is protecting the product inside or the fragility and durability of the product.

Single analyte meters offer unprecedented economy, simplicity, and accuracy in dedicated photometers. These are available for use with self-filling ampoules and COD vials. Small Diameter Pipeline Scanner is lightweight and easy to handle on small diameter pipelines. It inspects pipeline diameters from 2 1/4″ (57mm) to 20″ (508mm) with a scanning speed of 100mm/sec. It comes with an integrated array transducer set and DC motor control.

Soil Testing is an important tool in crop production and a key to the development of efficient nutrient management systems. Soil testing measures plant nutrients in soil, how acid soil is and its organic matter content. Soil testing involves two steps such as to collect a soil sample from the lawn and to send it to a laboratory for analysis.

Specific Gravity Testers is used to determine the specific gravity of uncompounded, compounded, and reclaimed stocks of unvulcanized rubber and rubber-like materials.
