Horizontal Airflow Cleanroom Tunnels are designed to create a clean zone with horizontal laminar airflow patterns. Tunnels are determined in size by the width and height of the HEPA filtered horizontal laminar airflow wall modules combined with length of the tunnel enclosure. Ceilings and sidewalls are added by using clear acrylic panels and clear vinyl curtains. Air is displaced within the tunnel, from wall to wall and ceiling to floor.
Horizontal Airflow Slimline Work Stations function effectively in an uncontrolled area. It gives average measured clean air velocity 90 fpm (+/-10 fmp). It has high efficiency motors to reduce electrical load. It is also used in pharmaceutical preparation.
Horizontal Airflow Work Stations provides horizontal flow clean air. It has clear acrylic side panels for high visibility. It is durable and portable. It gives pre-filters incoming air. It is available in 2 sizes such as 33″ (808 mm) and 45″ (1143 mm) overall widths.
Horizontal aspirator aeration is an electric motor-driven propeller-type horizontal aspirating aeration. The aerator consists of an electric motor drive above the water surface. The motor is connected to a hollow shaft within a protective housing positioned at a 45-degree angle downward into the water. The shaft is connected and drives a propeller below the water surface. The aerator induces the flow of atmospheric air below the surface of the water and provides flow-linkage mixing in multiple unit arrangements.
