Lab scale reactor system consists of a cylindrical retort, which is heated electrically by two separated PID-controllers. The fuel is put in a cylindrical holder of 100 mm height and 95 mm in inner diameter. Both parts are made of fibre-reinforced silica carbide (SiC) -ceramics to avoid reactions of CO, NO and ash with the wall and to avoid oxygen entering the reaction zone. The mounting and vessel for the fuel bed are mounted on a plate, which is placed on a mass balance. Air or an O2/N2 mixture is introduced through a porous plate at the bottom of the fuel bed. The combustion air supply is performed under the fuel bed through the plate. A liquid sealing filled with thermo oil is used to separate the mass balance and the reactor mechanically.

Lab shunts are used to protect against any undesired or unsafe currents. It is connected to channel of the recorder. A resister is connected to the source in order to limit a current output by the source while a resister is connected to the switch and used in a similar manner.

Lab stand mixer is a stand mixer for mixing liquids up to 3,500 centipoises in vessels up to 25 gallons. They provide air and electric drive specifications. The air drive speed range 0-3000 rpm, and it has stainless shaft coupling. The electric drive has stainless 5″ triple blade propeller.

Lab/Pilot Dispersers are used in the coatings and chemical industries. It has dispersing and blending capabilities. It features are shear blade or teflon disk, filter lubricator regulator, ammeter and tachometer. The portable mixing vessels are specially designed to fit under the disperser head, may be supplied to vacuum pressure or standard atmosphere, for heating or cooling with pocket, half pipe jackets using steam, hot water or hot oil.
