Dome Loaded Regulators are designed for high pressure/high flow applications. Its feature includes diaphragm sensed, modular construction and balanced main valve. Dome-loaded regulators utilize a diaphragm plate on which pressure from a dome is exerted.

The Doppler flowmeter measures the velocity of particles moving with the flowing fluid. It requires no zeroing and measurements are virtually unaffected by the vessel wall. The acoustic signals of known frequency are transmitted, reflected from particles, and are picked up by a receiver. The received signals are analyzed for frequency shifts and the resulting mean value of the frequency shifts can be directly related to the mean velocity of the particles moving with the fluid. One transducer produces 2 pulsed doppler ultrasonic beams. The first is a widde beam that insonates the whole vessel area. The second is a narrow reference beam placed entirely within the bloodstream of the same cross section to compensate for tissue attenuation.

Doppler solid flow sensor is a microwave based non-contact solids flow sensor. It utilizes the doppler effect for detecting movement of solid materials. This non-contact flow sensor is ideal for monitoring flow/no flow in pipelines, ducts, bucket elevators and conveyers.

Dot Area Meter is used to measure halftone dot area on a printing plate accurately. It includes an illumination source for providing light having a first range of wavelengths. It reads positive and negative dot area directly on offset litho plates. It is used with either computer-to-plate or conventional plate exposure systems. It permits evaluation of exposure intensities, calibration of plate setter and operation of vacuum hold-down. It has serial output port for interface with computer or data network. It operates on rechargeable battery. It includes calibration plaque, 115V or 230V charger and battery saver, and attractive carrying case.

Double window sight flow indicators provide two glass discs on each side, so that if either glass should fail for any reason, the other window can temporarily withstand pressures until the unit can be repaired or replaced. Dual windows are comprised of two glass discs held in position by a metallic housing, internal shims and gaskets.

Draft Gauge is a form of pressure gauge. A draft gauge is essential to boiler operation. A simple type of draft gauge is the U-tube gauge. Water is generally used in this type of gauge.

Drop Ball Testers are used to test tempered lenses. This unit meets all applicable FDA and ANSI standards. These testers are designed for use with either ophthalmic lenses or safety industrial lenses. It is also available with two interchangeable tubes.

Drum gauges are used to measure the liquid level inventory in horizontal 55-gallon chemical storage tanks. It's volume scale is calibrated in gallons and liters. Chemical injection rate scale is calibrated in quarts/24 hours and litres/24 hours. Drum gauges are available in a wide range of materials for ultimate corrosion resistance. Models are available to accommodate diaphragm-operated pumps.

Dryer Control is implemented to dry a product to desired moisture content with acceptable variation. When appropriate drying control is not employed, manufacturers usually tend to over dry their products to compensate the effect of the large variance, with consequent loss of quality and thermal efficiency.
