An internal spur gear, in combination with a standard spur-gear pinion, provides a compact drive mechanism for tranmitting motion between parallel shafts that rotate in the same direction. The internal gear is a whell that has teeth cut on the inside of its rim and the pinion is housed inside the wheel. The driving and driven members rotate in the same direction at relative speeds inversely propotional to the number of teeth. Gears having their teeth along an inner surface of a hollow cylinder.
Internal Storage Light Towers are self braking, erecting and extending hand operated winch with self lubricating aircraft cable, which is mounted inside the cabinet. These extended height floodlight produces enough light to illuminate 7.5 acres. Storage racks for light fixtures are also inside cabinet. These light fixtures plug into weatherproof receptacle box at top of tower. The single point lifting eye and forklift pockets are provided for easy loading and unloading.
