Turbine Blowers consists of a dynamically balanced impeller, which revolves in a stator cum compression chamber. The impeller is fitted directly on the motor shaft and is driven by flange mounted motor. These turbine blowers are used in the manufacturing of textiles, medical & laboratory equipment, printing & paper handling, vacuum packaging, waste water treatment, reprographics industry, plastic industry, industrial ovens, vacuum cleaners & air pollution monitoring equipment. They are available in single & double stage configuration and pressure range up to 600m bar, vacuum range up to 550m bar & capacity ranging up to 1500m3/hr.

Turbine bypass valve is used to reduce the pressure and temperature of the superheated steam before it enters the condenser. The valves are critical to the safe operation of the plant and must open very fast in the event of a turbine failure. In a power plant using a fired boiler with re-heater, the high-pressure bypass valve controls the letdown of steam from the live steam line to the cold reheat line. The low-pressure bypass valve controls the letdown of steam from the hot reheat line into the condenser.

Turbine coupling alignment is a method, which turns rotors and performs coupling alignment checks. The method employs pins to temporarily connect unbolted rotor couplings for rotation and alignment, allowing any number of couplings to be aligned simultaneously. The pins ensure accurate data and work well with dial indicator rim. Pins maintain the angular relationship between the coupling halves during rotation, thereby keeping the rotor match marks in close tolerance, improving alignment accuracy.
