The product recovery system collects the hydrocarbon vapors from the reactor and separates these into the various gas and liquid products. The primary components of the product recovery system are the reactor transfer line, the main fractionator, and the gas recovery unit. The liquid products from the main fractionator are typically fractionator bottoms and light cycle oil. Some main fractionators also produce a liquid heavy naphtha product.
