Cut fibres are cuttings of coir fibre, the length which runs up to 1-3 cm. The high moisture retention capacity is the unique feature of these and enables to act as a growing media for plants as well as a moisture retainer/soil conditioner.
Cut Off and Trim Saws Blades are pre-thinning of slides to selected thickness. It has automatic operating cycle. It accepts multiple slides of varying sizes, up to 12 slides of 28x48mm.
The cut-off machines are used to cut off the rough flange left on a deep drawn can or other part, which needs the end cut-off. It has a rotating head with internal clamping jaws to hold the part. The part is fed automatically from a rotary indexer to the spindle head. The part is secured in the clamping device, the spindle is accelerated to speed and the cutting tool is brought in to cut off the flange, the tool retracted and the spindle decelerated so the part can be removed.
